How to Use– Making mint tea is the simplest way to use large amounts of fresh mint.

How to store– Wrap the mint leaves in damp paper towels (not too wet, just moist). Place the mint in a zip-top bag but do not seal it. Sealing it may trap too much moisture. Place the mint in the fridge.

Benefits– Mint is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. It keeps your breath fresh and aids in the fight against infection, fatigue, and stress.

Side Effects– Some of the side effects of mint include heartburn, dry mouth, nausea, and vomiting.

Recipe– Take 5-10 large leaves, or more, depending on how strong you want it to be. Tear the leaves into a mug and set them aside. Muddle the leaves in the mug for a few seconds with the back of a wooden spoon. Pour hot (but not boiling) water over the leaves. Allow for a 5–10-minute steep.
